Itinerary:
Monday, December 29th (Four Night / Five Day Package Begins):
Fly to South Florida from Virginia or your preferred airport of departure. Upon arrival you will be met by a member of The Guest Planner team and be transferred to our beautiful all suite Hotel located in the Heart of Ft. Lauderdale.
Afternoon – Upon arriving at the hotel, you will be quickly checked – in to your one bedroom suite with separate living room area.
Afternoon – Relax by the pool, in the Jacuzzi, or catch a wave on the ocean which is one mile away.
Early Evening – As the sun sets, join your fellow travelers for a complementary welcome cocktail.
Evening – Go to the restaurants and clubs of Las Olas, try your luck at one of the local casinos, catch a movie at the Aventura Mall, or chill at one of the Hotel’s Bars; the choice is yours and The Guest Planners Team will do everything possible to make sure you have a great evening.
Tuesday, December 30th (Three Night / Four Day Package Begins):
Morning – Start your day off right with a full cooked to order breakfast which is included in the package.
Late Morning – For Guests whom have purchased a Three Night / Four Day Package, you will fly from the cold to sunny Florida. You will be met at the airport by The Guest Planners Team and transferred to our beautiful hotel.
Early Afternoon – Relax by the pool, go to the beach, or take a cruise down the intercoastal waterways.
Late Afternoon – Join us for complementary drinks and cocktails as we welcome the members of the group who joined us today.
Evening - Las Olas and the waterfront is the perfect setting for a great evening. Shop, Eat, and Drink. With the numerous boutique stores, fabulous restaurants, and entertaining bars, there are plenty of options. The Guest Planners will help you plan the perfect evening.
Wednesday, December 31st (Two Night / Three Day Package Begins):
Morning – Another great full cooked to order breakfast will be waiting for you once you wake.
Late Morning – For our guests whom purchased a Two Night / Three Day Package, you will be able to leave the jackets behind as you fly from Virginia to Miami. The Guest Planners will meet you at the airport and you will be conveniently transferred to your Suite at our group's.
Late Morning – Stop by the private Hospitality Desk for Bottled Water and Fruit. The Guest Planners Team and Concierge will be happy to assist you in making your day special.
Afternoon – Take in the sun on the beach, at the pool, or join the locals for a game of beach volleyball. Alternatively, explore Ft. Lauderdale by boat with The Water Taxi Tour. Our Hotel has incredible ammenities and its location enables for quick and easy access to Florida's wonderful destinations.
Early Evening – Before you head to South Beach for New Years, join your fellow travelers and friends for a complementary champagne toast.
Evening - South Beach is the place to be for New Years. Whether you choose to relax on the beach, party at a club, or fine dine at a popular restaurant, South Beach has hundreds of options. The Guest Planners will provide constant transportation throughout the night between the hotel and South Beach for our guests whom purchased a Superior Package.
Thursday, January 1st (Happy New Year and Game Day):
Morning – Start the New Year off right with a delicious cooked to order breakfast.
Late Morning – Relax by the pool and catch a few more rays.
Early Afternoon - Get your game face on as kickoff is approaching. The Guest Planners will be offering constant transportation to and from Dolphin Stadium (The location of the Orange Bowl).
Afternoon - Party will other Hokies at the Budweiser Orange Bowl Tailgate Party at the Stadium. Entrance to this wonderful event is included for our Guests whom purchased a Superior Package.
Late Afternoon - The Guest Planners' last transportation to the stadium will depart.
Late Evening – Following the game, ride back in comfort with bottled water as you are transferred back to the hotel.
Friday, January 2nd (All good things must come to an end):
Morning - After a night of fun and celebration, a full cooked to order breakfast waits your arrival.
Late Morning – Snorkel off the coast or relax by the pool, The Guest Planners will be happy to arrange an excursion or activity to ensure your enjoyment.
Early Afternoon – Unfortunately, as the saying goes, “all good things must come to an end,” and so must this trip. Relax with complementary soft drinks and bottled water as you are transferred to the airport for your return flight home.
