NO RISK, NO OBLIGATION POLICY

The Guest Planners Team understands that you may travel to the Superbowl based on the teams in which are participating in the big game. For this reason, to assist our "Guests," we have instituted a "No Risk, No Obligation" Policy for those individuals who are unable to commit to one of our packages. However, for those individuals who are attending the Superbowl regardless of the teams participating, your reservation will have priority over any reservation made with the "No Risk, No Obligation" Policy. In essence, any individual who resreves their package on the "No Risk, No Obligation" Policy will be contacted on Sunday, January 24, 2010 and Monday, January 25, 2010 (by noon), based on the order in which they have signed up for the package as well as the team in which they selected under the "No Risk, No Obligation" Policy. Further details of the "No Risk, No Obligation Policy" are as follows: 

• Making a reservation under the "No Risk, No Obligation" Policy does not guarantee you a reservation with The Guest Planners even if the team you have selected plays in the Superbowl.
• The "No Risk, No Obligation" Policy is only available to those individuals who make a reservation request prior to 11:59 PM (EST) on Saturday, January 23, 2010.
• When you make a reservation, you have two options:
  • Guarantee Your Reservation
  • No Risk, No Obligation
• If you guarantee your reservation, The Guest Planners will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your reservation and ask for your payment details
• If you select "No Risk, No Obligation" you also select the team in which you are hoping attends the Superbowl.
  • If the team does not play in the Superbowl, your reservation request will be cancelled.
  • If your team does play in the Superbowl, you will be contacted based on the order in which you placed your reservation request online.
    • Please keep in mind that any reservation request which is "Guaranteed" has a higher priority than your "No Risk, No Obligation" Reservation request.
