The Guest Planners Services Include
Hotel Accommodations:
The Guest Planners, due to our high volume of hotel bookings, provide discounted negotiated rates with a multitude of hotels and resorts throughout South Florida. We will work with you to provide your guests the proper accommodations based on your celebration or event.Excursions:
The Guest Planners works with you to create and plan excursions for your guests. To ensure complete enjoyment, The Guest Planners team member will travel with your guests during the excursion. While our team customizes excursions, suggestions include an Air Boat Tour of the Everglades, Snorkeling in Key Largo, Shopping on Lincoln Road, Sunset Cruise on the Inter Coastal, Movie Locations throughout South Florida, and Historical South Beach. Private and Personal Concierge:
The Guest Planners is available to answer any questions your guests may have, provide suggestions, and accommodate nearly any request. During their visit, your guests are provided a special access telephone number to contact The Guest Planners 24 hours a day. Hospitality Desk:
Located in the hotel and created specifically for your group, The Guest Planners offers a hospitality desk complete with personal concierge to assist your guests. The hospitality desk also provides fresh fruit and bottled water, in addition to a quick means of checking in for your guests.Transportation:
The Guest Planners will meet and greet each of your guests at the airport and whisk them away to the hotel in a privately chauffeured Lincoln Town car. The Guest Planners will also arrange transportation to the airport as well as to and from the celebrations or event. Before and After:
The Guest Planners will be pleased to create a special function before and after your event. For example, we would be happy to create a Welcome Cocktail Reception or Rehearsal Dinner before your event and a Farewell Brunch after your event. These events can take place at several locations as The Guest Planners has relationships with hotels, restaurants, and large yachts for cruising down the Inter Coastal. Welcome Baskets:
The Guest Planners team will create a welcome basket for your guests which enhances the theme of the celebration or event. Additionally, The Guest Planners will create a welcome letter and itinerary for the celebration or event complete with directions to help ensure an unforgettable experience.Cruise and Trip Celebration:
Have you ever thought about having your wedding, celebration, or event during a cruise to the Bahamas or in Italy? The Guest Planners team creates detailed itineraries for you and your guests and even travels with your group to make certain that you and your guests have a magical experience.
